It would be based on time stamps. The latest Steal Enchantment to put onto the field takes precedence. Player 1 would have creatures with haste.

On another note, I never knew about this card before just now... and I'm in love! Gonna enjoy this in my EDH deck.

The Oracle used to say "This does not do any of the things you think it does to Auras, except the ones that grant their controller control. Just... just don't use this card, okay? We're sorry."

But I still played four of these for a while against those decks that combo'd Show and Tell into Omniscience. Your all-knowing. I takes it.

You can enchant someone elses enchant enchantment to take back the enchantment they previously enchanted and stole.
