This card is so bad that its most effective use would be with Donate and Mindslaver, but even then you're better off with Spellskite and Hex Parasite.
The only time this card was mentioned in tournament play was as a joke after some people played One with Nothing to beat Ebony Owl Netsuke decks.

The flavor text is kind of stupid. More quickly than age? More silently than war? Is there anything fast about age or silent about war? I'm giving this card a 3 star rating though because of the overall flavor. She is an outcast that will "dishonor" herself to stay alive. She is a fool who will go to extreme lengths to stay alive and I think the ridiculous regeneration cost reflects her nature.
