Confirmed for M11! http://www.wizards.com/magic/tcg/article.aspx?x=mtg/tcg/magic2011/spoiler#
This isn't targetted, so you can fling any creatures you have with Shroud, which makes this even crazier. Which brings me to a question: If my opponent casts Fling and has a beefy creature, I can't use removal to eliminate the creature right? With Soul's Fire, that'll work, because the spell checks for the creature upon casting, and then again, checking its power, upon resolution. It seems that since sacrificing the creature is part of the cost, the creature is no longer in existence once the spell is on the stack.
This makes me sad though. My brother uses Soul's Fire in his Devour deck, and while I could deal with that spell I don't think I could deal with this one, save with a counterspell.

I agree with Keegan, although i do not advise to fling tiny creatures like rats or goblins ;)

Small question- If I were to fling Kiln Fiend, does it get +3/0 or not?

@Gomorrah
Yes, Kiln Fiend's ability is trigger upon the casting of Fling. So, when you cast Fling a trigger goes on the stack which resolves first and pumps Kiln Fiend. Then, Fling resolves and you choose a creature to sacrifice, which may be the pumped Kiln Fiend.
