Tap or Untap all artifacts, creatures, or lands?
Am I missing something? or can this be better than Cryptic Command in many situations?

One of the few cards that got more complex due to oracle text.

So that's what 'fair play' looks like in Urza Block :p
At least it doesn't untap 4 of your lands for you. :p

I am surprised nobody has said Nivix Guildmage, with 8 mana you can start of an infinite mana combo. I use it in my Melek, Izzet Paragon EDH deck, using it to cast copies of Guttersnipe for game.

I, Just. This card. This might be my favorite card.
It's ridiculous! It's incredibly versatile, It's any number of different cards put into one four mana instant.
Actually, my friends have basically banned me from using it in casual games of EDH because I win pretty much every time I resolve it, and we want our games to have a little more variation when we're not playing seriously.
Long story short. This card is amazing, play it. Play four. Play it with Reiterate and Nivix Guildmage, or just play it as is and have 8 cards in one.

its undeniably powerful, but not overpowered (doesnt win games on its own, usually). super versatile, but not unresponsable. this is one of the best card-builds i've seen, and i hope it to be reprinted.
