It was always fun to cast it on the first turn after looking your opponent in the eye and saying, "Watch this" (play walk) "cause that's all you'll be doing...I cast regrowth...."

Creatures you control have haste.
You get an additional combat phase followed by an additional main phase.
You can play an additional land this turn.

This will never be reprinted into standard, it is far too powerful, not to mention its on the reserved list...
My opinion of this card is that it is busted beyond belief and Im glad you can only play one...

No, this is not the best card in the game, that distinction goes to Black Lotus, this is the best card in blue however, and I would argue the second best overall, beating out the moxen by a nose.

Or for {1}{U} you can alter time, speed up the harvest, and teleport yourself off this rock....

Not quite. Temporal Mastery can be cast on another player's turn if you draw a card. Also it has a higher CMC so it pumps my Spellbound Dragon more when I discard it.
....
I was gonna say that last part was a joke, but that actually kinda sounds like a fun idea.
