This card is hideously overpowered, but it's from and un-set. Him being blue explains Ancestral Recall, not Jace, the Mind Sculptor.

A little too ambiguously worded - you could read it to mean that you can play any Magic card as if it were any number of other Magic cards as long as they all have the same mana cost.
Otherwise, pretty versatile, as long as you're not in an environment where people hit you for playing Unhinged. Kind of a shame it's not global, too.
