This card is deceptively good. At first I wasn't really sure how great it would be, but then I considered it deeper... This card can be absolutely amazing. In any green deck with mana ramp and tons of big creatures, this gives you an amazing response to removal. It also prevents your opponent from exiling your creatures. Fecundity! Phyrexian Dreadnought lets you draw 13 for 
!! With Death's Presence you could also give 13 +1/+1 counters to another creature. Proper Burial also gets me 13 life. Lifeline? Lumberknot. Moonlit Wake. Dark Prophecy as a second option to Fecundity. Grave Pact. Arc Runner / Ball Lightning / Cosmic Larva...

i think what everyone fails to realize is this was in the same set as rancor.
all you need is 2 rancors and you've found yourself a 2 mana draw card mechanism with a large digging shovel (aka impulse in green).

You can draw your entire deck. With Woodfall Primus, you can even blow stuff up along the way.
