@Totema- this guy has what I like to call "RPG Stealth"
Let me demonstrate:
"You hear voices behind the wall, and see a lit doorway ahead. You need to find a way to sneak past this room, somehow avoiding detection and go through the trapdoor to the winding staircase the evil Lord's minions are protecting. The mission seems impossible to complete without getting caught, and it's of critical importance that nobody notice your passing. But your band of adventurers has never failed yet- what do you do?"
"We smash down the door, and kill everyone in our way, shouting war cries and junk. If all the witnesses are dead at the end of it, there are no witnesses"
RPG Stealth is awesome :) Only the Dimir are clever enough to use war cries on a secret mission! xD

I pulled two of this guy. I looked at the CMC and put it in a box. Well I started to build a B/U control deck and I needed a heavy hitter with some sort of punishment. I started to dig, and found these guys. Once this hits the field if there is not an answer to him. The game will end quickly.

Mmmm... Yes I think I will cast this turn 2 or 3. That will give me plenty of time to have lots of fun with with their hand.

This is an EDH bomb! I once hit and took an opponent's Lord of the Void. Then I proceeded to rob everyone of their best creatures (and miraculously, that Lord of the Void consistently exiled my opponents' removal/boardwipes).
This is a great card. Of course, it tends to bite removal pretty early on.
