a shame it didn't come back for RtR, would've been a great tool for any Izzet players out there, maybe evn Azorius players. but I guess Izzet already has hypersonic dragon.

Drop a Worldpurge with something already on the stack. Or prepare your Doomsday setup at the end of your opponent's turn.

Play this and then play Shahrazad right before your opponent swings for the win.
Then just keep casting Shahrazad in the subgames, until your opponent times out.

Hilarious with things like Temporal Fissure. "Oh.. you cast 3 spells? Quicken, Bounce all your lands.. my turn..?"
