So, this makes cards like Fireball be "XYR - Deal X*(Y+1) damage to target creature or player" and Comet Storm into "XYZRR - Deal X*(Y/2+1) damage to Z+1 target creatures or players".

Anyway, love this card. So many fun interactions and clever strategies. Will always have a place in my heart (and my ADHD Izzet deck).
