I would like to know what about this card for a Mono-U Merfolk deck in Modern. Pretty nice counter vs Jund which puts me in the spot but can't define the correct amount of them! Ideas?

One mana to counter target Storm Crow? No wonder why this card is so expensive. Talk about power creep.
