This is much better than the original Wiitigo. Same cmc but you are basically pasting the wiitigo onto something else, and even if it loses all its counters it still lives and can make more

Increasing Savagery is so much better.
But this card could still be fun and win games! Plus it has crazy art, 3.5/5!

I put this in my Simic commander Graft/Modular deck, great when it goes on a modular creature and then when that creature dies just ping back Shape of the Wiitigo with Auramancer or something to have some more fun,muahahahahah

Arcanum Wings is funny.
T3 you get 6 +1/+1 counters. T4 you make it flying and bounce this aura. T5 you do it again to a new critter.
