Skeleton: "Search for a swamp, my lord..."
Gilliam: "Looks like I'm going to have to kill this worthless adviser once again."

Demonic Tutor was made first, and it's unintentionally overpowered. When Richard Garfield made it, he thought it was fare. Diabolic Tutor is the fixed version.

My favorite version of this card. Flavor and art.

Whenever I see this art I always think of what I once heard someone say.
"Where do you think that skeleton's other hand is?"
Still great art. Greg Staples is the man.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure Demonic Tutor is banned or restricted in most formats.
Diabolic tutor is it's replacement, seeing as Demonic tutor was, in retrospect, ridiculously overpowered.

Random thought: why does this card's art depict Ian Brown?

"I'm not complaining, but why are Demonic Tutor & Diabolic Tutor both uncommon. Demonic is far better for obviious reasons"
Exactly! 2 mana more expensive but just the same effect! This better not just be to get people to spend more cash for better cards- online demonic is much more expensive, and the game shouldnt just be about cash for victory! I really DO hope there is some other explanation...
