Insanely good combo with Glen Elendra Archmage. You effectively get unlimited use of U: counter target noncreature spell.

If you can then take care of their creatures/creature spells, you're set.

Ridiculous with Glen Elendra Archmage or Puppeteer Clique.

Goes great with Master Biomancer too.
