"I do not teach, i simply reveal"...
My win condition! Cast it at the end of an opponents turn (if you have the mana open) or cast it during your upkeep (althought since your untap step is first, you'll have one less {W} at your disposal.)

This, on my first turn, helps me get my Torpor Orb on my second turn, so I can get my Phyrexian Dreadnoughts on my third turn, so I can get my win on the fourth turn.

Play at end of opponents turn, during your upkeep or have a draw mechanic. It's remarkably useful even when playing only artifacts or only enchantments.
Currently running it in a creature deck that has various enchantments that I can't I can't run too many multiples of. Pestilence, Angelic Destiny and Cover of Darkness being the most picked ones.
