You know, looking at his abilities, none of them scream "Green!" to me. He could have easily been a mono-coloured Red planeswalker.

I like the design, but mechanically he feels like he could be mono-red. Mono-red has pumping and haste ,(+1) act of treason-type abilities (-2) and dragons (-6). Nothing about him is actually green.
