The fact that it's targeted makes it vulnerable to things like Shunt, Swerve, and Wild Ricochet. If your opponent is packing any of those when you cast this, he could potentially steal your extra turn.

Cards like this make me want to splash blue in every deck I build or consider building. The kind of damage you could do with a double turn and a Godsire or a Planeswalker is just brutal.

blue is over all, just weak, there are a few gems, but any deck that is blue, will be blue second and probally white firsts, or maybe black
we will see how it goes, if blue will get any power back, the real reason blue was nerfed was the fey, but those are gone now, some maybe WotC will let up and let blue get back some strength, there are some possibilities, but they depend on what comes in worldwake and the following set in the block

you know what's fun? facing a really arrogant blue player with blue.
"I play...TIME WAARRPP!!!" (looks at me with that REALLY smug smile on his face).
"Twincast." (i look back at him cheerfully)
of course, there's countering to but come on. twincasting an opponent's time warp is geat fun :D

For the final offensive, last big push, another series of attacks, or if you just feel like drawing an extra card... :)

If you all just learned to play Dimir, we wouldn't need to have conversations like this.
