If a creature that already has annihilator 2 gets enchanted with this, does it then effectively get annihilator 4? Since it already has annihilator 2, would it act the same way as enchanting a creature with lifelink with Lifelink?

@Thingummy: multiple instances of Annihilator stack. So let's say you put four of these onto Emrakul. He now has Annihilator 12. (and you have about 12 seconds until your opponent beats you to death)

I love the flavor of playing this on an eldrazi spawn. Congratulations, you're a big boy now.

Or just slap it on Emrakul, the Aeons Torn for extreme overkill.

If it already has annihilator does it add the 2 from the already present annihilator? If not does it replace the original annihilator? Like if you have annihilator 1, does it become a 2, and if you have a 3, does it downgrade to a 2, or does it upgrade to a 5, or just stay the same?
