Both versions of the flavor text on this card are probably the most appropriate I have ever seen...
"The missing piece to every puzzle."
"The key did not work on a single lock, yet it opened many doors."

Actually, I'm all for it AND scars of mirrodin. I can't wait to main deck tuktuk scrapper and all the other good artifact hosers.

I love the flavor text, Seeing a this is most likely the missing piece to a buttload of combos out there.

I think they did a good job with keeping this card in mind when designing every artifact in scars.
5/5 for handling this card well.

I'm all in favor for the reprint of Voltaic Key. It's a nice simple and powerful card. What i dont everyone is why everyone thinks Scars is going to have a big artifact thing? Did anyone read the books other than me? Did i miss something? Will anyone answer these questions?
Update: Did i miss something? - obviously yes i did.
Will anyone answer these questions? - only my self. sigh

@ nope. Sorry but this card sees significant play in Vintage Oath decks. Everything else I agree with. This card in standard, modern and legacy is a non issue. Nobody uses it.
