Haha! Take that, Emrakul! Now you're no Eldrazi, you're just a big... um... blobby...thing. Which isn't that big a change.

This card actually works wonder's with Precursor Golem. It counts as a golem so any spells can hit this guy as well (assuming you want them too). If a golem is about to get blasted, just remove all creatures types, so it doesn't count as a golem anymore, therefore negating the Precursor's ability. If you want to buff something else that isn't a golem, you can make it one and it will also gain the effect of the spell.

Shows up when you name-search for angel. Is, technically, an angel. That can make your real angels not angels. Or your non-angel creatures into Angel Demon Jellyfish. o_o

I figure, since it's a changeling no matter what game zone it's in, it could be fetched from the library using Sliver Overlord yes?

We should just admire this guy's appearance for a while.
Seriously, just look at him.
If we didn't know any better, we might suspect that he is not actually a sliver. But such a notion is ridiculous for multiple reasons.

@CallmeMerry That Precursor Golem combination does not work. Whenever a Golem is the target of a spell or an ability that targets a single golem, before anyone has a chance to react, Precursor Golem's ability triggers. You are then to free to change any creature types you like, and then of course, once those spell(s) and its copies are to resolve, it checks to see if it is legal.
Example:
Step 1) Cast Eyeblight's Ending on Precursor Golem or any Golem.
Triggered Effect: Copy Eyeblight's Ending for each Golem it could target.
- - This also means, if there was a creature that was a Golem and an Elf like Amoeboid Changeling, this creature would not cause a copy to be created.
Step 2) Use Amoeboid Changeling's ability to give target creature all creature types.
Step 3) A copy resolves if any...a copy resolves...a copy resolves. You decide the order the copies go on the stack, when they are put on the st... (see all)

For when you absolutely must give Baneslayer Angel more abilities, you run it with this in a Sliver deck.
