@mlanier131: Did you read the card? Same combined P/T. The angel is a 4/4. Overlord is 7/7. 8=\=14.

I love how for the ruling about negatives, it specifically says -1/3.

Unfortunately, if you have a Muscle Sliver and a Might Sliver in play, there is nothing in the premium sliver deck that you can search for. Each creature gets +3/+3, meaning Wild Pair will be checking either a 4/4, 5/5 or 6/6 power/toughness. This happened to me, but luckily, I was able to sac my Muscle Sliver to my Necrotic Sliver before Wild Pair resolved. This allowed me to search for a Fury Sliver (3/3) and end the game.
So in this particular deck, Wild Pair will not always be effective. However, there are a variety of ways to control (at instant speed) which slivers are on the board. I would prefer to have Sliver Queen or Sliver Legion instead, but Wild Pair is fun, and certainly can be useful.

This card is epic...play sliver overlord to snatch a platinum angle and watch your opponent(s) cry.

@MindAblaze
I don't think your Mayael the Anima EDH commander is going to work very well with this card. You need to pay attention to the wording.
Wild Pair requires you to play the creature FROM YOUR HAND to trigger the effect. If you're revealing cards from the top of your library and then putting them onto the battlefield, you're not meeting the conditions for the trigger.
Sorry, but nice try.

This makes Tree of Redemption really funny.

I use this in my Animar EDH deck for obvious reasons.
Today I discovered that Rage Thrower and Skullmulcher share the same P+T. My opponents died that turn.

Help me out here. I summon Hoarding Dragon, and I have this and Crucible of Fire on the field. Do I search my deck for Two-Headed Dragon or Skithiryx, the Blight Dragon, or do I search my library for Karrthus, Tyrant of Jund instead?
To simplify, I want to know if the +3/+3 from Crucible limits my searches to creatures that are around 7/7 and so on.

To everyone gushing about how well this works with Slivers: it doesn't, or at least it works in a very limited way. It checks the power and toughness of the creature as it is on the field: in other words, your Muscle Sliver can't fetch itself, and if you use it to fetch a Watcher Sliver (2/2 while in your library), you'll have even more problems trying to fetch other Slivers.
That being said, it's very useful with a deck full of "bears". Ashcoat Bear and Whitemane Lion especially can work wonders with this card, just pumping out utility 2/2's. That would include guys like Avalanche Riders, Qasali Pridemage, Accorder Paladin, Wall of Blossoms, or Man-O'-War.
