Remove enemy win condition from the game? Why not?

Why is this so good? I mean, there's always sadistic sacrament, earwig squad, lobotomy, etc. 6 mana for this is kinda redundant.

An ecpensive colouless sadistic sacrament, unless you're running some fishy artifact combo deck.

Probably the worst card in Relics, but powerful nonetheless.

Imprint it on the new Prototype Portal. Why? Why not!

Play this card in a deck centred around Glissa, the Traitor and you have the potential to really abuse this card.

I used to love this card, actually had a deck built around it. If everything went okay, I could play two of these per turn, every turn until the opponents' libraries consisted of nothing but land. But most strategies are is completely crippled if you play two of these.
We didn't do much with restrictions back then, so Jester's Cap combined anything that brings back artifacts from the graveyard, Argivian Archaeologists, for example and Reconstructions and probably some more I can't remember anymore. It was a long long time ago.

I got myself one of these for EDH after one too many combo decks had their way with me. A giant middle finger to them, especially with Myr Retriever, Arcbound Reclaimer, Academy Ruins, etc.
It becomes a whole lot more powerful in singleton formats, basically.
