It's one of the best planeswalkers in Vintage. I don't find the ultimate to be all that useful, but the first two abilities do a lot to make various degenerate artifact-based combos even better. I use it in a deck with Magistrate's Scepter, Voltaic Keys, and other artifacts supporting that filth. If I get this guy I almost always pull off the infinite turns.

His second ability is amazingly flexible. -0 to find an artifact land or stuff like Welding Jar.

He does have an entire vintage deck type centered around drawing him, casting him and keeping him alive for a turn, so there's that. That's pretty impressive.

Disapointed he wasn't in SoM but he'll undoubtedly show up later in the block. Until then, screw standard, I'm going extended to keep this and Master T in my deck. ( did they really think kuldotha forge master could replace master T!? )

This planeswalker is, in my opinion, the least used and the most underestimated. The instant tutor is just sexy. Even if you kill him when you play him, he essentially turns into a 3UU sorcery - search your library for an artifact with cc4 or less and put it into play. AND he's reuseable? Very nice card.

Another planeswalker to be outdone by his big brother. Sometimes better than Agent of Bolas, but much less flexible.
