Destroy target comment section by mentioning this spell does what it is suppose to do. It can not be regenerated and everyone will hate you.

That's very doubtful as we have in Standard right now (not counting Doom Blade):
Dismember
Victim of Night
Go for the Throat
Grasp of Darkness
Plus a few others that could be arguably better to run over terror.
All of which do Terror's job much better than it can in most cases. It would be like having Lightning Bolt and Incinerate in the same set or Burst Lightning and Shock. the latter would be pretty much a waste of a card slot as Bolt outclasses it. 2013 MIGHT be able to bring it back as everything but Victim will rotate out and the format will probably be a lot less artifact heavy.

It's not Akroma. The hair, sword, and clothing are completely different.
