Dragthok had spent months making the spells surrounding his diabolical Wheel of Fortune. "You see," he said to his wife, "no matter what the wheel lands on, my enemies will get ensnared by a terrible curse!".
His wife frowned and asked, "but how will you get them to spin it in the first place?".
Dragthok thought about it for a while. "Maybe we could send them a coupon for a free spin?"

One of the all-time best cards. This, Sol Ring and Fastbondare in contention for the tenth card in the "Power Ten".

I use it in an old school deck with 4 Mana Flares. Fun and hilarity ensue...

It seems to me like Wheel of Fortune is a lot better than Timetwister. I mean, Wheel of Fortune is in the color that empties its hand the quickest, while Timetwister is in the color that empties its hand the slowest. Maybe Timetwister is better in some combo deck or something, but I think that, altogether, Wheel of Fortune is a better card.
