The Batman is back. This time let's abuse him to the max with all exalted we have.

@Pawleader9: There's no lightning bolt, but there is Thunderbolt. So be wary!

So efficient. I expect this to find a home in MBC decks along with Blood Artist. Outside of mono-black, Stromkirk Captain is this guy's best friend.

I played a game the other day that went like this.
Turn one:
Me: Duress, getting the guy's Ajani
Him: Land, go
Turn two:
Me: Land, go
Him: Intangible Virtue
Me: Mana Leak
Turn three:
Me: Vampire Nighthawk
Him: Vampire Nighthawk
Turn four:
Me: Play and equip Runechanter's Pike
Him: Draw, look for a moment, scoop
Now he must have had a pretty bad hand to scoop to a 4 power creature, but still. This card can end games if he goes unanswered. Especially when he's buffed.

And may I add, dies to Murder.
No but seriously, this guy is a saviour. I realized once that already its presence kept an army of white creatures from attacking, and after a few scavengings my foe was willing to sacrifice everything with a board wipe to get rid of it. I love the "Golgari grows a monster"-thing.
