The art is great, but i still prefer the old one for Anger.
Sure, this creature looks rather angry. But it looks more like one your general humanoid red elemental that's made up from fire, ash and lava.
While the old one looked somewhat comical i admit, it had some special spectral feeling that made it really look more like an incarnation, and the peculiar art was easily recognizable.

I love the flavor this version has. The Koth quote and the new art make it a perfect inclusion in my Mirrodin-Scars of Mirrodin blocks cube.

Awesome in a Tibalt/Madness deck. Get it into your graveyard ASAP and all your Madness creatures get much scarier.

I actually preferred the old art. I liked the idea of the incarnation of anger being a bit short... tempered.

I preferred the seething angry midget.

LOVE. THIS. ART.
The other art featured a weird Akira-style dwarf. This one features a Vulshok who has taken too many lava-baths.
100%.

Really digging the art on this one. I'm glad that the embodiment of anger is no longer some kind of molten baby.

Hate this illustration. It doesn't have the charm of the original, and is just some generic, big, "badass" lump of molten rock, nearly indistinguishable from many other red elementals.

While the other had the worst art of the incarnation cycle (best was Glory. Seriously. Look at it.), this art seems a little generic. Looks like a lot of other magma beasts. I am also annoyed at the loss of the cycle flavour text. The card itself remains impeccable, though.
