The only reason I bought Graveborn was for cards for an EDH deck.
Then again, I also only bought Graveborn because of this card.
I think it was money well spent.

My Graveborn just came today. I've been playing reanimator for a while and now I'm giddy I got me an Entomb.

Bought a play set of these back when they were $3 each (the Odyssey version). Thought I paid too much. Turned out to be a good investment.

I was never able to afford a playset of this card. Now I can have a foil playset for the cost of one non-foil OD entomb. Excellent.
An instant tutor for any card (to be put into the graveyard, perfect for reanimator decks), at the cost of 1 black mana is just insane. One of my favorite cards.
5/5 for great art and amazing power.

Here's another reason entomb is such an awesome card:
Entomb. Bin your cabal therapy, sacrifice what is most likely a putrid imp and flash it back naming any threat. Then Entomb again FTW
God, I love this card. It just doesn't get any more black than that.

Fun fact: Says "card", not "creature card". You're quite within your rights to Entomb Unburial Rites.
