the card can be good only if you put cards like titanic growth on it. it would be much better with attack but still a good card

But who is to say what criteria we are rating this card on, Eternal_Blue? Maybe someone gave it a higher rating because they rated it with limited in mind.

Also, a search of creatures with an inherent power < or = 3 in this set alone shows 86. This blocks a lot of dudes, and is cheap. Therefor I dont think this is that terrible at all....
