But its much easier to play Spiritmonger on turn two with Elf/Bird and Ritual/Culling. Although I am considering replacing mine with Malakir Bloodwitch.

Really neat to read the history about Spiritmonger being a player-designed card. That makes sense -- this card struck me as way, way too powerful for an old set like Apocalypse.
