@TheWrathofShane: No. While this card is very good, how good it is is dependant on what other Goblin/combos-with-Goblin cards there are in the format. This is only really powerful in a few formats, it isn't dominating Mirage Block format, for instance. And considering what Goblins were around when this was printed, it's not an "obvious mistake" as you put it, either.
