Some cards are really good. Some cards are really bad.
Some cards have a picture of a goblin sticking its butt out at you.
This is one of those cards.

Yay! Yet another often-ignored red ability that sees the light of day! Of all the colors in the pie, red is the one I believe needs to be stretched the most in terms of what it can do. I feel like the only comparable effect in the game is stapled to Fumiko the Lowblood.

I can only imagine who hired these guys. Even GOBLINS should know better than to have goblins as diplomats.

Use it on your turn for insurance that you'll remember to attack.

You don't frighten us, Elvish pig-dogs!
I can't wait to get this. One of my favorite goblin tactics uses Bloodmark Mentor to give all my gobbies First strike, and then I can overwhelm opposing creatures in combat. This will make them come to me instead, and let me use my next combat for the alpha strike!

"Hmm... It looks like we're at a stalemate. You have a bunch of creatures and I have a bunch of creatures. Guess I'll just keep top-decking into solutions..."
"Like HELL you are!"

Attack into my Boros Reckoner
It also passes the Burning-Tree Emissary test! Just some thoughts.
