I think this guy looks pretty good. Like other atogs you only want one out but like Psychatog he doesn't care if you get multiple (if you have a discard outlet at least.)

Very usable in dredge, somewhat in reanimator, or cards that cause everyone to mill (mesmeric orb.) Possibly useful in Oath of Druids.
