.5/5 It only searches for Blue Instants, which means you either get a Counterspell, Unsummon, or Inspiration and of course the hundreds of other variants on those card.
So take the card your gonna pick, add one blue and one colorless mana to it, do you still want to play it? I wouldn't. I'll take a Traumatic Visions (not a good card) in any non-monoblue deck any day and a Flow of Ideas in a monoblue deck.

@ GrimjawxRULES: Speaking of "rules" it would appear you missed the ones for this card, it pulls instants not sorcerys such as slave of bolas, conflux, etc.. lol
