Combo for double tooth and nail:
T1 forest+llanowar elves
Forests in play: 1
T2 forest+Rofellos, Llanowar Emissary+llanowar elves
forests in play: 2
T3 lotus cobra THEN forest for one floating mana. Tap the forest and rofellos and both llanowars and use the one floating to play primeval titan to grab 2 misty rainforests, then play a llanowar elves.
lands in play: 5 forests in play: 3
T4 play a forest searching fetch land, and attack with primeval, searching for wirewood lodge and a forest searching fetch land.
lands in play: 8 forests in play: 3
T5 play a land if you have one (forest or forest searching fetch land). (this next part assumes you did not play a land from your hand this turn) Tap sac all 4 fetch lands to grab forests for 4 floating, tap rofellos for 7, tap wirewood and use 1 floatin... (see all)
