My personal favorite were all the losers at small town tourneys who would jump up and down and scream murder if you tried to move any cards around on a crowded table before they played this. "No you can't move your cards around! I wanna take them ALL out!"

Why is this banned? To many QQ in tourney.

5/5 for awesomeness and iconic value.
-1 for difficulty in judging.

Mind boggling how this made it into the game. Much like ante, there are certain things you just don't do if you want to be taken seriously.

Make it indestructible with That Which Was Taken in a deck of any colors so you can reuse it!
Use top loaders as sleeves.
Also, instead of tearing it up, just tear pieces off the edges so you still have enough of the card that your opponent can't get you disqualified for being a card down.

toss it like ol' Remy Lebeau. Surprised to get the first Gambit reference on this.
