Technically nothing would happen since all prevention effects would apply, and since the negatives are superior.

Anyone know if this can re-target a card that normally only effects the caster such as Form of the Squirrel? Just to mess with your opponent... And since this is an "Un" card, you may as well make a deck with the same mentality as the whole set was made; Mana Screw, Mox Lotus and Johnny Combo Player with whatever win condition you want for a turn one win but not guaranteed because of how Mana Screw works, these sets are intended to be fun and funny, why not make a deck in that spirit?

ENGAGE THE HEDRON MATRIX
(Whispersilk Cloak might be nice afterwards to avoid annoying Path to Exiles.)
