I read that there's a way to turn this into a win condition. I think how that could work is like so:
1. Get it onto the field. Make sure there is a drink you actually own nearby.
2. Donate it to your opponent.
3. Mindslaver, and during your opponent's turn, tap this. Target your opponent and make him fetch you your own drink.
4. Since it's your drink, you can choose your own price for it. Say something such as "all the money in your wallet" to avoid tricky rulings regarding being able to afford it.
Either they pay up, or they can concede. Nasty.

Does R&D's Secret Lair bypass this errata?

This + Salvaging Station + March of the Machines + Master of Etherium = Infinite drinks. Now that's a deck I want to make

Couldn't you just drink whatever they wanted you to get and invalidate the target, making the effect fizzle? (I love strange rules questions in Un-Land)

One time at FNM I gave my brother a dollar to buy me a drink. Shortly afterwards I told my opponent "Ashnod's Coupon." I could tell he knew about this card when he started laughing.

For all the people saying to run this with R&D's Secret Lair:
I don't think that the Lair works with this, since the errata is printed on the card. Since the Lair reads "Play cards as written" it can be argued that Ashnod's Coupon doesn't change functionally with a Lair on the field.

can be useful against cards like charm school (protect-player if said player can balance the card on his/her head)

My uncle once had a humiliating experience with this card. His opponent used Mindslaver, drew this and then used it to get my uncle a multiple thousand dollar bottle of wine. To make matters worse, this was at a public game store where they have a "no drink, especially no alcohol rule", so not only did my uncle have to pay quite a bit of money, but was permanently banned from the game store and the drink was confiscated. Long story short, THIS CARD IS WAY TOO POWERFUL, SHOULD BE BANNED.
