Yeah I don't like this art as much. Conflux art had like a mysterious appeal to it, like you didn't know exactly how huge this thing was. This guy, well, you can tell he's big. But he's purple. Why's he purple?

@thorjy You may be thinking of Yamata Dragon. Maybe. There certainly is more than one multi-headed dragon in Yu-Gi-Oh.

Ugh, this is another vote for Conflux art. They are really worlds apart, so comparing details wouldn't mean much. As was said, the other was from a mysterious approach. Your mind had to fill in the details as to what he looked like up close, and thus, gave it the same hint of fear horror movies over use now a days. This one is just "BOOM! Here I am!" and while not bad, it could never live up to what everyone's minds filled in last printing.

Strictly worse than Storm Crow.
Arguably one of the strongest creatures in the game. Yet I still find it humorous that a White Knight, Crimson Acolyte, a Bloated Toad, a Spectral Lynx, and a Goblin Outlander can all just waltz right past it.

I like both, but if I had to make a choice, its the conflux art, this art makes it feel like, just another card (a fairly meh card in my opinion, usually its just a 10/10 unblockable shroud, which is good, for 2 or each color, hardcasting this thing is just so not worth it), when it came in Conflux, the set I started in, he was Legendary, this art is like, "yeah, he has protection from everything"
