Interesting concept, but probably takes too much mana.

With the vice versa effect after switching the power/toughness you can do some really mean things. +0/+5 becomes +5/+0.

Works fine with Slagwurm Armor.

An unfortunate victim of the combat damage change rules. Before them, it could function as a 5/5 with the tweaking just a bonus.

Firstly, try to write your words so that they can be easily read. Instead of:
"The de***ion on the card says its a phantasm. The online de***ion calls it an illusion which is it"
Try writing:
"The description on the card says its a phantasm. The online descritpion calls it an illusion which is it"
You may also want to use proper grammar, in which case you should write:
"The description on the card says it's a phantasm. The online descritpion calls it an illusion. Which is it?"

To answer your question, it is an illusion. Just read the oracle text. "Phantasm" is no longer a real creature type.

The de***ion on the card says its a phantasm. The online de***ion calls it an illusion, which is it?
@marmaris74 I apologize for my poor grammar, but you honestly think that I wrote de***ion with three asterisks in it? Its something to do with the word ***. Like if you put the word CENSOR in square brackets it shows the red mana symbol.

Very unusual artwork here, but I like that it has the Morphling ability in two ways. You can supersize him 5/1 for 1Blue mana or alter him 2/4, 3/3/ 4/2 and finally 5/1 paying incremental costs of Black. This is a flexible card but lacks evasion. It does make the defending player think hard on whether to block or not.

I like the idea of attaching equipment to him; any of them that boost toughness. Now your opponent has to consider him having a shade ability (with high enough toughness to live) or for 2 mana taking 7+ damage. Certainly swingy in casual.
