I came across a comment online, asking if he's the only one who collects 'Penís Islands' from Theros.
After that I came here to check the Theros islands again, and I guess that's the artwork the dude was talking about.

Must be Pen Island. But seriously, it's not like it's off to the side or in the background, the view's practically centered on it, as if this was a picture taken by a Theros photographer with a dirty sense of humor.
