If the Tetravus is destroyed when the Tetravites are off the card, they are not destroyed, they are just orphaned.

Funny with doubling season. Comes into play as a 7/7, and you can quadruple the number of counters on it each turn, having it attack as a 25/25 flyer the turn after you play it.
