unfortunately, this card is made nearly obsolete with spreading seas, allowing for both the draw and enchanting the land. i can still think of cases were this card would surpass though

This card still is good because it gets the job done of screwing your oppents Dark Depths and letting your creatures go through your oppent with islandwalk.

Run this when 4 Spreading Seas would not be enough. If 4 of these and the Seas arn't enough, add 4 Aquitect's Will and some Stormtide Leviathans.
