Fireball, Banefire, Demonfire, Disintegrate, Ghitu Fire, Kaervek's Torch and Lava Burst are all better choices.

It's so frustrating that the Portal 3K cards are so limited and hard to get in the US or even in English for that matter!

Sound off if you want to see them made available somewhere other than MTGO for us US players!

This is referring to Wei's catastrophic loss at Chi Bi, with Zhou Yu and Zhuge Liang taking advantage of the winds and Wei's ropes-stabilized fleet to send a bunch of fire ships out. Winds blowing towards the rest of the fleet+the ropes acting as another avenue for the flames to spread and as an impediment for rearward ships to get away=horribly crippled Wei military.
