They're Soldiers as much as they are As sas sins. Think of it as them taking out whichever member of their enemy's forces are most vulnerable while they have the advantage of stealth, then re-joining their side's army once their enemy realises they are there.

If only someone could as sas sinate the autocensor.

This card should maintain the same text as Cruel Edict, because the original version of Cruel Edict had the same wording as this card.
