Not a Regrowth substitute, but the card from which Reclaim was reprinted. Preferable in decks with good draw engines.

Noxious Revival obseleted Reclaim, am I sad, yes. I would rather have the core set card than a flavor heavy card with a strange casting cost I have to explain to people. I will still run Noxius Revival though, it hoses graveyard strategies and allows you to put something back on top of your deck end of turn for 2 life and then draw back into it.
