@ Tynansdtm it's another Time Warp for one's EDH deck, and it's difficult to find.

everything from portal three kingdoms is reeeeally expensive because it was only printed in Asia and Australia. To get a version of this in english, it would have had to have come from Australia (new zealand included) in 1999.

At some point this will be reprinted in a Commander product.
I'm glad they started making those an annual thing. They've already reprinted at least a dozen P3K cards.

It's so frustrating that the Portal 3K cards are so limited and hard to get in the US or even in English for that matter!
Sound off if you want to see them made available somewhere other than MTGO for us US players!

Best thing to do, when the battle field seems like a near draw (but you know you have the advantage), take a while to think about declaring attackers. Maybe reach out like you're going to attack only to quickly pull your hand away. Then attack. Your opponent will think you're taking a risk and block-kill what creatures (s)he can (they'll think you've got nothing up your sleeve). Then, on your last main phase BAM! another turn! I guarantee this will work. 4/5 from me!

I'm trying to figure out why this card is $250 on Star City. I can't.
