I think A3Kitsune is saying that it combos well with R&D's Secret Lair because then this card could target creatures with shroud. Just a guess, though it seems like a somewhat lack-luster combo.

There were no instants in the Portal expansions in an attempt to simplify the game for beginners. If they actually achieved that simplicity, when there were cards that could be cast at times other than when you'd normally cast them, is open for debate.

Great in Portal-only format. Also has a nice combo with R&D's Secret Lair.
