While obviously over-priced by this is still favorable over things like Fog, Angelsong and Holy Day because you can still allow your creatures to deal damage to kill theirs. Granted, Safe Passage is probably better than this in all scenarios.

What are the chances of this being useful exactly when you have the right mana available? Another good card ruined by costing about two too much, especially since Kor Chant is better and costs less. If I'm going to give up the initiative, I'd rather have counterspells.

Many people overlooked the fact that this card can prevent opponent creature's damage while yours can still deal damage, so it's different from Holy Day.

Well, this can neutralize two attackers, so I'd say that this card isn't too bad. Prevent one's attacking damage and prevent damage done to a blocker. I'd say 3/5... still rather have a Fog, but this card isn't terrible.

Try Safe Passage instead.

I shudder to imagine the horrendous stretching machine that dude on the right must have had to get tortured on to have that ridiculous of a body shape under that armor. I mean just look at how far his face is from where his left shoulder has to be, unless he's got some sort of freaky triple-jointed arm...
