I was thinking of putting this in a deck I was designing where everything automatically comes back from the graveyard (including spells) or at least lets me pay to bring it back, so as to save room in the deck that would otherwise be used for reanimation spells, but I don't know if this really matches the deck, even though it comes back to me on it's own... instead I'm thinking reoccuring nightmare, to help protect my demons from takklemaggot and necrotic plague.

An aura that allows you to get 3-for-1'd (or more) with instant removal. Probably the wrong direction for auras to go in if they want to be playable. Still love the shout out to fallen angel.

Wow. A reoccurring black enchantment that gives flying. The ability is just a bonus, but this would be decent without.
Also, @Jinx585 you can link to a particular printing by using the autocard multiverseid="thenumberfromtheURLinquotes" tag.

@desolation_masticore: In order to get 3-for-1'd, you'd have to sacrifice two other creatures to this and then have your huge creature get destroyed. So yeah, that would be a 3-for-1, but you're basically saying "if you play this card poorly, it's bad." You could also enchant a creature with hexproof, only sacrifice guys that have decent abilities when they die, or, the easiest, only use the ability when the opponent is tapped out or has no cards in hand. It's a really good card if you play it right. And with the Rancor effect, not terrible card advantage as far as auras go.

Auras are usually card disadvantage: you enchant your creature, said creature dies to removal, both your permanents go to the graveyard, meaning you got 2-for-1'd.
There are only 3 auras I would ever run: Rancor, Angelic Destiny, and this. By providing permanent recursion, they've made these 3 auras not only playable, but downright fantastic card advantage.
Most auras are garbage but these 3 excel in any format they're legal in.
